There’s a difference between being busy and being productive, according to productivity expert Chris Bailey. We can likely all agree that you can have a lot on your plate without actually accomplishing anything. So if you often find that you’re working hard without seeing the fruits of your labor, you may want to listen to Bailey’s simple solution of setting your intentions. For example, each morning ask yourself three main things you want complete by that day’s end, and then focus all your attention on achieving those goals.
